The short answers
The car meets you at Door A on the arrivals level at either Pearson terminal (Eireann Quay at Billy Bishop). The fare is fixed by distance and vehicle class, quoted before you book, with HST shown separately and no surge; it includes the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 60 minutes of waiting after an international arrival, child seats and flight tracking, and excludes the optional 407 toll, waiting beyond the allowance, meet and greet and gratuity. Tip 15 to 20 per cent if you like; it is never solicited. Book a day ahead on ordinary days and two weeks ahead for the peaks. Cancel free up to three hours before a transfer; a cancelled flight cancels the car free at any notice. Child seats are installed free when the booking gives the ages. Corporate accounts get a monthly statement with cost centres. The rest is below.
Every question here has been asked of our dispatchers many times, and each has an article on this site that answers it at length; this page is the index — a sentence or two per question and the link. It is organised the way a first booking unfolds: the airport, the fare, the booking, the car and the chauffeur, the occasions and the long trips, the corporate account, and the things we say no to. Read it once and you will know what to expect; keep it and you will know where to look.

At the airport
Where does the car meet me at Pearson? Door A on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — the GTAA's pre-arranged zone, past the taxi stand toward the lower-lettered doors. Text from the baggage hall and the car is at the curb in two to five minutes. → Arrivals door by door
Which terminal am I at? Air Canada, Star Alliance, Emirates and Etihad at Terminal 1; WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Oneworld, SkyTeam, the sun and discount carriers at Terminal 3. Put the flight number on the booking and dispatch confirms it. → Terminal 1 vs Terminal 3
What if my flight is late? The booking is pegged to the flight number and moves with it automatically; 60 minutes of waiting after an international arrival's actual time (30 after domestic) is included, then 15-minute increments at a quarter of the hourly rate. → Flight delays and wait time
What is meet and greet? The chauffeur inside the arrivals hall at the customs or baggage exit with a name board, taking your luggage and walking you to the car — a flat add-on, for first-time visitors, older passengers, unaccompanied minors, families and executives. → Meet and greet explained
How long does customs take? 30 to 50 minutes on an average afternoon; 45 to 90 at the 2–5 p.m. transatlantic bank in summer; 20 to 30 overnight. Use the ArriveCAN advance declaration. → Customs time at Pearson
Where is the Billy Bishop pickup? On the mainland at Eireann Quay, at the foot of Bathurst Street beside the tunnel; the tunnel takes about six minutes. → Billy Bishop guide
Do you serve Hamilton, Buffalo, Waterloo and the private terminals? Yes — each has its own page and article. → Hamilton · Buffalo · Waterloo · Private aviation
The fare
How much does it cost? A fixed fare by distance and vehicle class, with 13 per cent HST shown separately; the engine gives the exact number for your addresses in thirty seconds. A Pearson–downtown sedan is somewhat above the airport taxi stand's roughly $65–75 flat rate; an SUV about a third more; a Sprinter about double. → How much does a black car cost
Why no rate card? Because a table is wrong for most addresses and a published headline invites undercutting by exclusion; the engine's number is exact and complete. → Fares explained
What is included? The chauffeur, the vehicle in the class booked, fuel, any route, the waiting allowances, flight tracking, child seats, luggage help, water, chargers, the confirmation and the receipt. Excluded: the optional 407 toll at cost if used, waiting beyond the allowance, meet and greet, extra stops, gratuity, HST shown separately. Never: fuel, airport, late-night, holiday, booking or card fees, or surge. → What is included
Is the 407 included? No — it is a line item with an estimate, approved by you at booking and charged at cost only if the chauffeur uses it, which is at the peaks and when the 401 or QEW is broken. → The 407 and your fare
Hourly or point-to-point? One destination, point-to-point; three or more stops or a wait over forty minutes, hourly (two-hour minimum for a sedan or SUV, three on Friday and Saturday evenings, three for a Sprinter, four for a stretch, five for a bus). → Hourly vs point-to-point
Should I tip, and how much? 15 to 20 per cent is customary and never solicited; on the card at booking or after, in cash, or set on a corporate account. → Gratuity guide
Do you charge more at night or on holidays? No — the fare is the same at any hour, any day, in any weather. → Flat rate explained

Booking
How far ahead should I book? A day ahead on ordinary days (by the previous afternoon for a 4–6 a.m. pickup); a week for long weekends; two for March break and TIFF; two to three for the December holidays. Same-day usually works with two to three hours' notice. → How early to book · Same-day booking
How do I book? The engine: pickup, destination, date and flight number, passengers and bags and children's ages, vehicle class, the fare, add-ons, a card. Confirmation by email at once; the chauffeur's name and plate by text the evening before. → How to book online
Can I cancel? Free up to three hours before a transfer, 24 hours before an hourly or long-distance booking, seven days before an occasion vehicle; a cancelled flight cancels the car free at any notice; storm-warning days are free. → Cancellation policies

What we say no to
A child without the seat the booking should have asked for. A stretch limousine to the airport (the wrong vehicle). A run we cannot make safely in an ice storm (cancelled and refunded, with time for another plan). A guaranteed model within a class (a class, or a higher one). A fare quoted without HST. A gratuity added without your instruction. A passenger who needs medical care en route (a black car is not an ambulance). → Cheap limo service: what to watch for · Medical appointments

Two questions about this site
Why are there no testimonials? Because a quote an operator selects for its own site is advertising, and nothing on this site is unverifiable by rule; our reviews are on Google and the platforms, with our replies. → Reading reviews
Why are the fares not listed? Because a table is wrong for most addresses and the engine is exact; the fares page explains the principle and the engine gives the number.
