A Toronto black car company does not operate in isolation. Our clients travel beyond Ontario; our vehicles are occasionally all committed on the same night; our passengers need hotels and flights as well as cars. The organisations below are how we handle each of those, and this page explains what each does and why it matters to a passenger.
Limousine Worldwide Directory
The Limousine Worldwide Directory is the register travellers and travel managers use to confirm that a chauffeured-transport operator exists, is licensed and answers the phone before they book. We are listed under Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When a client in Frankfurt or Dubai needs a car in Toronto, this is where they find us; when we need a licensed operator in a city we do not serve with our own fleet, it is where we look. Limousine Association International
The Limousine Association International sets standards for chauffeur screening, commercial insurance, vehicle condition and passenger conduct that we subscribe to annually. Its affiliate operators carry our clients' bookings when they travel beyond our own range — a car in Vancouver, Chicago, London or Singapore booked and invoiced from our Toronto dispatch, at a standard we can vouch for because the affiliate signed the same document we did. BookingWorldwide.net and the travel desk
BookingWorldwide.net is our travel partner for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals; our travel desk is a window onto its engine. Bookings made there are with that platform on its terms; we coordinate the ground transport with them.
Hotels Worldwide and Vacations Worldwide directories
The Hotels Worldwide Directory and the Vacations Worldwide Directory list the hotel and leisure-travel partners whose front desks and concierges hand guests to our chauffeurs and whose resort, cruise and touring itineraries begin and end with an airport pickup.
Sister brands in chauffeured transport
We work alongside a group of chauffeured-transport brands — listed in the footer of every page — that share licensing standards and, on the handful of nights a year when the whole city books at once, capacity. When a partner vehicle is assigned to your booking you are told at the time, the vehicle and chauffeur meet the same standard, and your contract, your fare and your point of contact remain with us. Every brand in the group publishes its own service; none of them copies another's, and each is separately licensed where it operates.
What this means for you
Book anywhere, deal with one office. Confirm us in the directory before you book if you like; ask for the association's standards document; use the travel desk for the flights and hotels; and know that if your trip continues to another city, the car at the far end is arranged from the same dispatch that arranged this one.
