Terms of service
These terms govern bookings made with BlackCarLimousineService.ca ("we", "us") by any channel. By booking, you accept them.
The service
We provide pre-arranged chauffeured ground transportation in vehicles licensed by the City of Toronto and other authorities, and, where stated at booking, through licensed partner operators. All trips must be pre-arranged; we do not accept street hails.
Fares
Fares are fixed at booking for point-to-point trips and stated as hourly rates with minimums for hourly service. The fare includes the items listed on the confirmation. Tolls are charged only when the toll route is chosen or approved by the passenger. Gratuity is optional. HST is charged at 13%. Waiting time beyond the free allowance (60 minutes after international arrivals, 30 after domestic, 15 at other pickups) is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate, with notice. Changes to the trip (additional stops, a different destination) are re-priced and agreed before they are made.
Payment
Individual bookings are paid by card at booking or completion. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly on net-30 terms. Deposits apply to stretch vehicles, buses, weddings and events as stated in the written quote.
Cancellations
Point-to-point and airport bookings: free cancellation up to two hours before pickup within the GTA and four hours before for long-distance trips; inside that window the fare is charged. Flight cancellations cancel the pickup at no charge. Hourly bookings: free up to 24 hours before. Stretch vehicles, buses, weddings and events: per the written terms provided with the quote. No-shows are charged in full; a passenger who cannot be reached for 30 minutes after the free wait expires is a no-show.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is moving, may not smoke or vape, may not consume alcohol except as permitted by Ontario law in the rear of a licensed limousine with the partition closed, and may not exceed the licensed passenger capacity. Chauffeurs may end a trip without refund where passengers endanger the vehicle, the chauffeur or others. Cleaning or repair costs for damage or soiling caused by passengers are charged at cost with photographic evidence.
Child passengers
Children must travel in child seats appropriate to their age and size as Ontario law requires. Seats are provided free on request at booking; chauffeurs will not depart without a required seat.
Luggage and property
Luggage is carried at the passenger's risk within the vehicle's stated capacity. We take reasonable care of property left in a vehicle and will return it at the passenger's cost; we are not liable for loss of valuables.
Delays and force majeure
We aim to be on time and track flights to that end. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents, airport or border operations, or other events beyond our control, though we will communicate and re-plan.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare for the trip concerned, except where Ontario law provides otherwise. Passenger injury is covered by our commercial passenger liability insurance in accordance with its terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
