How the desk works
Pick a tab — Stays, Flights, Resorts, Activities, Packages, Car rentals — enter the destination and dates, and the search hands off to BookingWorldwide.net's engine in a new tab with your details carried across. For the 99 destinations the engine knows by name (Toronto, Niagara Falls, Montreal, New York, Cancún, London, Paris and the rest) the hand-off lands directly on the destination page. The Chauffeur tab returns you to our booker on this page. Bookings made through BookingWorldwide.net are with that platform and its suppliers on their terms; we are the ground transport, and we coordinate with what you have booked.
Coordinating the car with the trip
Email dispatch the flight, hotel and any fixed appointments and we build the ground plan around them: a Pearson pickup attached to the inbound flight, a car to the hotel, an hourly day for the meetings or the sightseeing, a return timed to the outbound flight's terminal and recommended arrival.
